4GK Plastics operates a plant in Central Wisconsin for plastic injection molding and automated high-speed part assembly. Our plant has 18 injection molding presses which range from 20 to 680 tons – able of producing a variety of parts with extreme precision. Additionally, we have a Class 100,000 clean room, assembly equipment, engraving machines and welding machines. 4GK Plastics has high-speed automated assembly equipment, as a well as a real-time production monitoring and offer Kanban scheduling.
Our plant is located just off Interstate Highway 39, near Wisconsin Dells, just north of Madison Wisconsin, allowing for efficient shipping.
